Aminos are free-form amino acids rather than intact protein: an EAA with all nine essentials, a 2:1:1 BCAA, and single-ingredient L-glutamine. Grams per scoop are printed on each product. These are dosed in single-digit grams, not the 20–25g of protein a shake carries.
